Features

Everything in Accura, in one list.

What’s listed here works today. What isn’t included is at the end — plainly.

Point of sale

Quick at the till, correct in the books.

  • Scan or search

A barcode scanner, or a laptop or phone camera. Enter finds the item at scanner speed; keyboard shortcuts for every step.

  • Units and cartons

Sell a carton of 12 or one, a bag or a loose kilo — each pack with its own barcode and price.

  • Price levels

Retail, trade and wholesale prices per customer, with the last price they paid as a hint.

  • Split payments

One sale across cash, EFTPOS and account. Accura records the payment; your terminal takes it.

  • Refunds

Against the original sale; stock, money and GST go back the right way.

  • Offline till

A registered till PC sells on its own number series without internet and syncs when it’s back.

  • Labels

Print barcode labels for stock that arrives without one.

  • Quick-tap & sell by amount

A grid of loose items, and “$10 worth” worked out to the quantity.

Stock & storeroom

Worked out from every sale and transfer — never typed in.

  • Places

Shop floor and storeroom per shop, plus stock in transit and goods sent but not yet invoiced.

  • Transfers

Between storerooms and shops, at average cost.

  • Stocktakes

Count a shelf and record the difference with a reason: damaged, lost, expired.

  • No negative stock

A sale that would take stock below zero is refused — unless you switch that off.

  • Batches & use-by

Batch numbers and use-by dates on purchases; oldest sold first; an “expiring soon” report.

  • Serial / IMEI

Every unit by serial number, double-selling refused, the warranty date printed on the invoice.

  • Recipes

Turn materials into finished goods at their full cost.

Customer accounts

Accounts receivable the till respects.

  • Credit limits & terms

Set per customer; over the limit, the till stops.

  • Invoice by invoice

Payments settle specific invoices; advances stay on account.

  • Ageing

Current, 0–30, 31–60, 61–90 and 90+ days overdue, per customer — totals always match what’s outstanding.

  • Statements

A customer’s account to print, or to share from your own phone.

  • Cheques

Received, cleared or dishonoured — a dishonoured cheque re-opens the invoice.

Purchases & suppliers

Know what to order and what you owe.

  • Supplier bills

Freight and charges go into the landed cost; the GST you pay is claimed back.

  • Payables

What you owe each supplier, bill by bill, with due dates.

  • What to order

Items below their reorder level or selling faster than the stock will last, grouped by your last supplier.

  • Send the list

Share the order as a message from your own phone, copy it or print it.

GST & BAS

GST on every sale and purchase, added up for the quarter.

  • GST 10 %

Worked out from GST-inclusive shelf prices, as your customers see them.

  • GST-free items

Mark basic food and other GST-free lines once; they’re kept apart on bills and in the summary.

  • Tax invoices

Your business name and ABN, the date, the items and the GST; at A$1,000 or more, the buyer’s name or ABN too.

  • GST on purchases

Claimed from your suppliers’ tax invoices.

  • BAS GST summary

G1 total sales, 1A GST on sales and 1B GST on purchases for the quarter — to copy into your BAS or export to Excel.

  • July–June year

Reports and periods follow the Australian financial year.

Books & reports

Double-entry accounting, kept the way accountants expect.

  • Vouchers

Sales, purchases, receipts, payments, transfers, journals, credit and debit notes — always balanced.

  • Day book & ledgers

Every entry by day, every account line by line.

  • Trial balance, P&L, balance sheet

Worked out from the vouchers, for any period.

  • Cash flow

Where the money came from and where it went, month by month.

  • Cash-up

Count the till note by note; over or under is posted with a note.

  • Period close

Close a checked period so nothing can be posted into it.

  • Analytics

Sales, margins and best sellers over time.

Roles & shops

One business, many hands.

  • Ready-made roles

Owner, manager, bookkeeper, cashier, storeperson, salesperson — or build your own from plain-language permissions.

  • Shops

A role for one shop or all of them; each shop numbers its own invoices.

  • Activity log

Who did what, kept in a log nobody can edit.

AI assistant

Ask the business a question.

  • Plain questions

“Who owes me the most?” “What sold best last month?” — typed or spoken.

  • Read-only

It reads your records to answer; it never changes them.

Excel import & export

Move in quickly. Leave whenever you like.

  • Import

Items, customers and suppliers from .xlsx or .csv, with opening stock and balances. A preview shows every problem first; existing names are never overwritten.

  • Export

Every report to Excel or a printed PDF; lists to CSV.

  • Backup

A complete, checksummed backup of the business for the owner.
