Point of sale · Stock · GST
Every sale, every shelf, every account — one system.
Accura is the till and the back office for an independent business. Ring up a sale and the stock, the customer’s account, the GST and the books all move with it — so at cash-up the numbers already agree.

How it works
One sale. Four records. No re-keying.
Most small businesses keep the same sale in four places — the till, the stock sheet, the accounts book and the bookkeeper’s ledger. In Accura you enter it once.
- 01
Sell
Scan or search, pick the carton or the single, record cash or EFTPOS, split the payment — or put it on the customer’s account.
- 02
Stock moves
Items leave the shelf they were sold from. Storeroom, shops and stocktakes stay in step — stock on hand is worked out, never typed in.
- 03
Money, GST & accounts
Cash to the till, EFTPOS to the bank, account sales to the customer — checked against their limit first. GST is worked out from the GST-inclusive price.
- 04
Books & BAS
Every sale is a double-entry voucher. Profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow and the GST for your BAS are always current.

GST & BAS
GST sorted, ready for the BAS.
Enter your ABN once and mark which items are GST-free. Every sale, purchase and return then carries the right GST — and at quarter end the figures for your BAS are already added up.
- GST 10 %, worked out from GST-inclusive shelf prices
- GST-free items (basic food and the like) kept apart on bills and in the summary
- Tax invoices with your ABN; at A$1,000 or more, the buyer’s name or ABN as well
- GST on purchases claimed from supplier tax invoices
- A BAS GST summary — G1 total sales, 1A GST on sales, 1B GST on purchases
- A July–June financial year, dates as DD/MM/YYYY, amounts in AUD
Payroll, PAYG withholding and super. Accura doesn’t run pay or super, and it doesn’t lodge your BAS — it adds up the GST figures for you or your BAS agent.

Your records, protected
Books that can’t be quietly rewritten.
A saved sale is never edited or deleted. If it was wrong, it’s cancelled with a reason and entered again — the number stays used, and the activity log keeps who did what.
Saved sales are final
Cancel with a reason, never erase. Numbers run without gaps.
A log nobody can edit
Every user’s actions, on record and printable.
Close a period
Lock a checked month or quarter; nothing can be posted into it.
Your data, any time
A full, checksummed backup for the owner, plus Excel and CSV exports.
Each business on its own
Every business’s records are separate; people see only what their role allows.
A health check
Built-in checks that the books balance and stock agrees with its records.
Other countries
Accura, country by country.
Each country has its own Accura — its own address, its own tax rules and its own sign-up. You’re on the Australian site.

Questions
Good to know
How does it handle GST?
GST 10 %, worked out from GST-inclusive prices. Mark GST-free items once and they’re kept apart on every bill and in the summary. GST on purchases comes from your suppliers’ tax invoices.
Does it print proper tax invoices?
Yes — with your business name and ABN, the date, what was sold and the GST. For sales of A$1,000 or more it adds the buyer’s name or ABN.
Does it lodge my BAS?
No. Accura adds up the GST figures — G1, 1A and 1B — for the quarter; you or your BAS agent lodge it with the ATO.
Does it do payroll or super?
No. Pay runs, PAYG withholding and super aren’t included — keep your payroll software.
Does it take EFTPOS payments?
No. Your EFTPOS terminal takes the payment; in Accura you record how the customer paid so the till and the bank balance at cash-up.
Does it work when the internet drops out?
At the till, yes. A registered till PC keeps selling on its own number series without internet and sends the sales when it’s back online.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Accura runs in the browser on a PC, a tablet or a phone.
Is it real accounting, or just a POS?
Real double-entry accounting on a July–June year. Every sale, payment and stock movement is a voucher, and the trial balance, profit & loss and balance sheet are worked out from them.
Can my bookkeeper work in it?
Yes. Give them the accountant role: books, reports and GST, and closing a checked period. Every report exports to Excel.
What does it cost?
You can start free today. Paid plans for Australia will be announced here.
Who owns the data?
You do. The owner can download a complete backup at any time; lists and reports export to Excel or CSV.
